All pictures and the words I write are copywritten and I own them.

I would very much appreciate if you would contact me  for permission to use my images.   I spend a lot of time, energy, and money to get those images and would appreciate some credit for my work.   If I find my images are being used for profit without my permission, legal action CAN AND WILL be taken – to the fullest extent of the law.

Some exceptions may apply and I will do my best to state if it is not my work and attribute the work to the original author.   If you find something on carpetempestas.com you feel should not be there or is in direct violation of law – please inform me immediately and I will quickly remedy the situation.

Basically: Respect me and I will respect you – don’t break my “trust”.
